Kentucky Crop Health Conference 2023 set for February 9

PRINCETON, KENTUCKY

   Mark your calendar for the 2023 Kentucky Crop Health Conference set for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Feb. 9, 2023, at the National Corvette Museum conference room in Bowling Green, KY. Registration is required to attend the conference and is limited to 100 participants.  Registration opened on Nov. 1, 2022. 

   The in-depth and enhanced conference will cover insect pests, plant pathogens, and weeds affecting Kentucky corn, soybean, and wheat acres. Topics will include the use of neonicotinoid seed treatments, mollusks management in soybean, new information on southern rust and tar spot management in corn, fungicide resistance in soybean, and management of herbicide resistant grass weed species and Italian ryegrass management.  Presentations will be given by University of Kentucky Extension Specialists and invited nationally prominent Extension Specialists from across the United States.
