Compared to the last special two weeks ago, steer and heifer calves weighing mostly 450-650 lbs all sold near steady on similar weights, kind and quality. Mostly all fall calves which we are in the heart of selling with many claves carrying little more flesh and didn't have the overall quality as last special, also a lot more cross-bred calves in the offering. Few yearlings over 700 lbs were not well tested. Slaughter steers and heifers sold 2.00-3.00 higher than last week with slaughter cows trading steady. Supply included: 84% Feeder Cattle (47% Steers, 48% Heifers, 5% Bulls); 16% Slaughter Cattle (25% Steers, 9% Heifers, 51% Cows, 15% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 53%.

Quality average to attractive with several heavy weight feeders off fall and winter pasture. Weigh-ups average to full with medium to fleshy conditions.
