Done In 90 Seconds: NALC Debuts Short-Take Video Series On Big legal Issues

 The National Agricultural Law Center has introduced a 90-second video series that translates complex legal decisions about far-reaching agriculture, environmental and food issues into everyday language.

The first two episodes of “NALC Explains” feature Staff Attorney Brigit Rollins explaining the U.S. Supreme Court decision on pesticide failure-to-warn labeling, and Staff Attorney Emily Stone talking about the federal court decision that overturned waivers for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, in five states.

“Important legal developments shouldn't be accessible only to attorneys,” said Harrison Pittman, NALC director. “Our mission is to translate complex agricultural law issues into clear, practical information that anyone can understand.

“Short-form video allows us to meet people where they are and provide reliable legal context in another format that fits how audiences consume information today,” he said.   ∆
