Demand good. Supply moderate on a feeder special, mostly 450-850 lbs offerings, near 55 percent steers and bulls, 38 percent heifers, 7 percent cows and 37 percent feeders over 600 lbs. Slaughter cows compared to last week steady to firm.

   Compared to last week, 300 lbs steers and the heifer offering sold $2-12 higher, the rest of the steer offering sold $2-13 lower. Slaughter cows and bulls sold $2 higher; Demand uneven and supply moderate. Cows made up approximately 14 percent of the run, 86 percent feeders. Steers made up approximately 45 percent of the offering, 46 percent heifers with 9 percent feeder bulls. Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 22 percent.
