   Compared to two weeks ago, light supply of steers and heifers under 500 lbs mostly steady and over 500 lbs $5-10 lower. Demand light to moderate. Supply light, mostly small packages of 500-750 lbs feeders, near 37 percent steers and bulls, 48 percent heifers, 15 percent cows and 24 percent feeders over 600 lbs. Slaughter cows $1-3 lower.

   Compared to last week, feeders under 400 lbs sold $13-24 higher, the rest of the offering sold steady to $6 higher, except 500-600 lbs heifers sold $11 lower. Slaughter cows and bulls not well tested; Demand uneven and supply light. Cows made up approximately 17 percent of the run, 83 percent feeders. Steers made up approximately 48 percent of the offering, 41 percent heifers with 11 percent feeder bulls. Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 27 percent.
