Supply moderate on a feeder special, mostly 450-950 lbs offerings, near 48 percent steers and bulls, 37 percent heifers, 12 percent cows, 12 percent slaughter steers and heifers and 36 percent feeders over 600 lbs. Slaughter cows steady to $1 lower with last week sale.

   Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold $1-17 higher. Slaughter cows sold steady and bulls sold $1 higher; Demand good and supply moderate. Cows made up approximately 7 percent of the run, 93 percent feeders. Steers made up approximately 65 percent of the offering, 30 percent heifers with 5 percent feeder bulls. Offerings over 600 lbs totaled around 53 percent.
