With no recent special feeder steers and heifers all traded with a sharply lower undertone since the last special 4 weeks ago. Cattle futures and fed cattle market have all been trending lower. Demand was moderate with bulk of the feeders weighing over 600 lbs. Slaughter cows accounted for near 15 percent of the total receipts and traded firm to $2 higher.
