Murray State University To Host Soybean Promotion Day On January 24
MURRAY, KY.
Murray State University will host the 13th annual Soybean Promotion Day on Tuesday, Jan. 24. The event includes seminars and dinner, to be held that afternoon and evening at the CFSB Center. Admission is free although advance reservations are required by calling (270) 809-3556 or emailing msusoypromoday@gmail.com.
Seminars and discussion begins at 3:45 p.m. with featured speakers Darin Newsom and Orion Samuelson.
DTN Senior Analyst Darin Newsom has almost 30 years of experience analyzing commodity markets and developing risk-management strategies, and is also the creator and guiding force behind DTN’s Six Factor Marketing Strategies.
Samuelson, agri-business director on WGN Radio in Chicago and RFD-TV, is heard six days a week on WGN Radio in Chicago, where he has served as Agribusiness Director since 1960. Orion presents 18 agricultural reports daily on the station and is also heard daily on radio stations with his syndicated National Farm Report and syndicated Samuelson Sez commentary programs.
