MirTech Harvest Centers Hold Open House Events

MirTech Harvest Centers celebrated their entry into the Mississippi Delta farm equipment market with open house events at their three Mid-South locations.
The open houses, which featured live demos, static display of equipment, speeches, give aways, fish frys, and interaction with Harvest Center staff, were well attended at all three locations: Stuttgart, Arkansas, Jonesboro, Arkansas, and Sikeston, Missouri.
According to General Manager Tom Livingston, MirTech carries the equipment lines that make their stores a “one stop” for farmers, ranchers, and landowners up and down the Delta. “The purpose of these events is to show off the great equipment lines we offer, but also to introduce folks to our wonderful sales, service, and parts staff. They’re the heart and soul of what we do here.”
MirTech Harvest Centers feature CLAAS tractors and LEXION combines, MacDon headers, Manitou, Gehl, Woods, Great Plains, and Hardi among the many equipment lines they carry.
MirTech founder Robert Krattli said the LEXION combine should be the first choice for Mid-South rice farmers. “The LEXION combine is particularly suited for difficult to harvest Delta rice fields,” Krattli said. “It’s the only combine designed especially for rice, which is hard on equipment. After its first harvest season the LEXION combine typically has refitting costs of $500 to $600 which is far less than red or green combines which often exceed $2000.
Kara Kaminsky, Marketing Director at MirTech, said over 300 people attended the events which were held between June 15-22.
