Vermeer Corporation has been named as a 2019 Dealer’s Choice Award recipient by Equipment Dealers Association (EDA) within the Shortline Manufacturer category. The Dealer’s Choice Awards are based on results from the EDA Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey, given annually to equipment dealers throughout the country. This is the fifth time in the last seven years that Vermeer has received this recognition.
The survey asked dealers to rate up to five manufacturer lines they carry in 12 key categories, including: Overall Satisfaction, Product Quality, Product Availability and Product Technical Support. Vermeer was honored to have taken the number one spot in 10 of the 12.
“This recognition shows we’re doing more than a few things right in our dedication to supporting our dealer network, but we will always look for ways to improve,” said Nathan Guess, managing director of Vermeer Forage Solutions. “We will continue to provide our dealers with new tools to help them be successful. After all, the success of our dealer network translates to Vermeer customer success and nothing is more important than that.”
Bret Julian, director of sales for Vermeer Forage Solutions, said it’s awards like these that put Vermeer core values on full display.
“We consider how every decision we make at Vermeer will affect our dealers and our customers because it is those two groups of people that matter most to us,” Julian said. “We will never stop working to provide unique solutions and support to our 450+ dealers across North America.” ∆
