RiceTec Field Day Keeps Growers In Their Own Fields
Presentations go virtual with videos recorded throughout the growing season.
ALVIN, TEXAS
RiceTec has officially decided to go virtual with Field Day for 2020. Early in the pandemic the company began producing a back-up plan for their traditional Field Day by recording the growing season while highlighting how RiceTec contributes to revolutionizing rice production through innovative products, technologies, and production systems in a sustainable way.
A series of videos will be released in mid-August for growers to view on their own time.

The videos include topics such as:
• A message from RiceTec’s Global CEO
• Celebrating 30 years of RiceTec and longtime customers
• Row Rice Production System
• Herbicide Tolerance Solutions
• 2021 Product Offering

• Hybrid Seed Production
Viewers will not only hear from RiceTec’s Global CEO, Mike Gumina, but also see familiar faces from the company, growers, consultants, and other industry-related representatives.
The compilation will allow growers to view the videos in separate segments that are important or relevant to them. Growers who complete the series will receive a special gift from RiceTec.
