12/9/20 Cattle Sale Market Report
Following our Special PreVac Sale, the market was mostly steady with considerably less preconditioned cattle in the offering this week. The higher quality preconditioned cattle sold steady while the fleshy, unweaned cattle were less desirable. The yearling market was steady to lower as the feeder and live cattle board has lost ground every day between sales. Demand and price points remained very strong for preconditioned calves under 600lbs.
