Baked Pork Chop

 

 

 

 

 

 

Makes 4 servings; 4 ounces each serving

 

INGREDIENTS

Vegetable oil or vegetable oil cooking spray

4 boneless pork chops

1/2 Tablespoon dried Italian seasoning

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon pepper

1 Tablespoon butter

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Wash your hands well with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.

Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and coat with vegetable oil cooking spray or vegetable oil.

Place pork chops on the baking pan and season each side of the pork chops with dried Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Top each pork chop with 1/4 Tablespoon of butter. Place baking pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145° F.

Remove baking pan and let the pork chops rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours. ∆
